New Year's Resolutions for the UAE Authorities

Every year in January people make resolutions for positive change in their lives for the following year. This year we will be suggesting some resolutions to the UAE authorities!

What do you think the UAE authorities should improve on in 2018?

It could be something specific, such as

'Release prisoner of conscience Ahmed Mansoor'

or it could be something more general, such as

'Stop committing human rights abuses and comply with international law'
