Ahmed Mansoor expected to be brought to court tomorrow

The leading human rights activist Ahmed Mansoor is expected to appear tomorrow Wednesday 9th May before court.

The Gulf Center for Human Rights has called on UAE authorities to allow UN and European experts and international human rights groups to attend the trial.

The award-winning Emirati human rights activist had received two court hearings - one in March 2018, the other on 11 April.

Mansoor, who was arrested on 20 March 2017, has been languishing in an unknown place of detention.
