Video: Nightmare of British detainees in UAE jails

Al-Araby TV has broadcasted a documentary revealing the nasty nightmare of many Britons who travelled to the UAE for work or business purposes.

The investigation team documented the testimonies and stories of a large number of former and current prisoners in the UAE including David Haigh, former Leeds United managing director.

Many found themselves detained and interrogated for various arbitrary reasons and faced inhumane treatment conditions during which various methods of torture were used and human rights violations were committed.
