Video: Two years after completing his sentence, Osama al-Najjar is free

Emirati activist Osama al-Najjar has been free ahead of Eid al-Adha along with two Emirati activists. The three newly-released detainees have completed their jail sentences long months ago.

Al-Najjar was arrested in March 2014 for posting tweets denouncing his father's arrest. He was expected to be released in March 2017, however, he remained in unlawful detention for two years.
