Freedoms in the Digital Era: The UAE and the rights to free speech and assembly

The new digital era brings with it a dark side of censorship and strict surveillance of online content. In the UAE, individuals are regularly arrested for their critical posts on social media.

Join the ICFUAE, along with the Queen Mary Free Speech Society and Politics and International Relations Society for a panel discussion on the abuses to freedom of speech and assembly in the digital era in the United Arab Emirates.
