Video: Ahmed Mansoor sentenced to 10 years in jail

Award-winning Emirati human rights activist Ahmed Mansoor was sentenced to 10 years in jail for slowly exercising his right of freedom of expression.

Mansoor's unfair prison sentence is not the first of its kind. Emirati academic and human rights activist Nasser Bin Ghaith was earlier sentenced to 10 years imprisonment under the same charges which violate their right to freedom of expression guaranteed under Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
