Naser Bin Ghaith's hearing postponed to 22 Feb.

The hearing of Dr. Nasser Bin Ghaith, who faces charges relating solely to the peaceful exercise of his right to freedom of expression and association, was postponed until 22 February.

Dr Nasser bin Ghaith appeared for the first time before the Federal Appeal Court in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday the 18th of January 2017.

On 05 December, Bin Ghaith’s case was transferred from the State Security Chamber of the Federal Supreme Court to the Abu Dhabi Federal Appeal court, which is the court now examining cases of internal and external state security, as a court of first instance.
