Three Emiratis arrested for complaining about environmental problems

Three Emirati men were detained last week after submitting a complaint about industrial projects in Ras Khaimah Emirate, Emirati Affairs News revealed.

The three Emiratis were detained while trying to meet Abu Dhabi Prince Mohamed Bin Zayed, who was visiting IDEX, in order to hand him a complaint about implementing industrial projects in Ras Khaimah.

The projects have been causing health and environmental problems to local residents, according to the sources.

However, the three men, identifying as Rashid Saeed Al Shehhi, Mohamed Malik Al Shehhi, and Mohamed Rashed Al Shehhi, were immediately arrested by security guards and took them to unknown place.
